PhonePe is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment for sales and merchant-related roles from our Bengaluru HQ. You will drive an innovative attraction strategy, oversee postings, screening and interviews, and partner with teams to meet hiring goals.

The role emphasizes data analytics, market trends and building consensus with stakeholders in a fast-growing fintech environment. This is a Full-Time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• MBA / PG in HR with 5+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in bulk hiring or sales hiring is mandatory.
• Familiarity with startup environments is an added advantage.
• Experience sourcing from consultants, portals, referrals, etc.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with functional goals.

Job Description

Role: The role based in our HQ at Bengaluru is responsible for hiring (largely sales employees) in few verticals of merchant payments. The role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and experience both traditional retail/FMCG & startup ways of working.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with TA bent of mind to join our ambitious team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Planning: Execute talent acquisition strategy in line with respective functions’ goals & objectives
• Process Management: ensure the company recruitment process – job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews etc. is managed
• Drive referral/campus hiring where required including communication/branding strategy across channels.
• Proactively seek market intelligence/ latest industry trends to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
• Have a strong bias for using data to solve problems, data analytics and reporting
• Data analysis & reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics & analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key recruitment KPIs.

Qualifications

Capabilities & Requirements:

• MBA / Post Graduate degree in HR with 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Exposure to bulk hiring / sales hiring is mandatory.
• Exposure to start up environment is an added advantage.
• Experience sourcing from different channels – consultants, job portals, self-sourcing, referrals, etc.
• Understanding and hands on experience with Application tracking system(s).
• Spikes on execution rigour & influencing/building consensus
