Job summary

PhonePe Limited is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to own the Performance Management Process, run end-to-end employee survey intelligence, and lead other talent management projects. The role focuses on driving PMS cycles, designing surveys, and delivering insights to HRBPs and leadership.

The ideal candidate has an MBA with 1–2 years of experience, strong program management skills, and the ability to build dashboards and communicate data-driven insights across multiple teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end PMS cycle (annual and mid) across the organization.

• Implement programs that build organizational capability, support career paths, and strengthen high-potential talent pipelines.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and regularly report program performance and ROI to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program adoption and execution.

Job Description
