PhonePe Limited is hiring for a Human Resources role focused on talent acquisition, onboarding, and people-centric programs. The incumbent will drive performance management, employee engagement and act as a business partner across the sales and operations teams in Telangana.

Ideal candidates hold an MBA in HR from a Tier 1 campus with 1–3 years of relevant experience, and bring an understanding of startup dynamics and strong execution discipline. Full-time position based in Telangana.

Qualifications

• MBA - HR from Tier 1 campus with proven working experience of 1–3 years.
• Exposure to startup environment is an added advantage.
• Understanding of HR concepts and evolving HR practices.
• Strong on execution rigour for completing tasks with high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: ensure workforce requirements align with annual operating plan and org structure; work with sourcing partners; review profiles, interview candidates and roll out offers.
• Talent Management: execute performance management, address low performers with managers, drive org health surveys.
• Business Partnering: maintain regular touchpoints with employees, conduct attrition analysis, visit sales offices, attend reviews, interpret HR policies.

Job Description

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
  • To ensure workforce requirements are in sync with annual operating plan and organization & operating structure from a perspective of layers, spans, etc.
  • Work with talent acquisition partner to identify different available avenues for sourcing of right talent.
  • Review profiles, interview candidates and roll out offers with talent acquisition
• Talent Management:
  • To execute the performance management process with regular touch bases and final evaluation as per the decided timelines, for the assigned region
  • Facilitate discussions of low performers with their managers and ensure creation of performance improvement plan; Track achievement and take appropriate action in case of no visible increase in performance level
  • Drive organization health & manager connect surveys, as and when conducted, and ensure maximum coverage for the assigned region
• Business Partnering:
  • Maintain strong individual connect and regular touch points with all employees from the assigned business groups
  • Solve for front-line attrition by doing attrition analysis and taking corrective action
  • Regular visit to sales offices in the regions and interact with the employees.
  • Attend sales review meetings and market visits
  • Own and interpret HR policy for the organization and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Address all employee queries and provide help/ support within decided timelines
