Job summary

Licious, a Bengaluru-based meat and seafood company, is seeking a Poultry Production Supervisor to lead live line operations at our processing floor. You will oversee production steps from reception to evisceration, ensure food safety compliance, and drive efficiency on the plant floor.

The ideal candidate has a B.Sc./Diploma in Poultry or related field and 2–4 years' hands-on experience in poultry slaughter or processing, with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills to meet

Responsibilities

• Supervise all slaughter line operations—bird reception, stunning, bleeding, scalding, defeathering, and evisceration.
• Monitor chilling, grading, and frozen packing areas to maintain process integrity and minimize product loss.
• Ensure production targets are met as per the daily plan released by the central planning team.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to align live bird arrivals with plant loading capacity.
• Ensure timely dispatch to meet OTIF compliance.
