Ozone Research & Applications (India) Pvt. Ltd in Nagpur seeks a dynamic Control Panel Sales Executive/Sales Engineer to market and sell electrical control panels such as LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, PLC/Automation Panels to industrial, commercial and infra clients.

The candidate should have 2–6 years in control panel sales, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
• 2–6 years of control panel sales experience and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and handle technical-commercial offers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical control panels.
• Promote LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC Panels, PLC & Automation Panels to clients.
• Prepare technical-commercial offers and submit quotations.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams for BOQ, drawings, and pricing.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Monitor market trends and pricing strategies; achieve sales targets.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Control Panel Sales Executive/Sales Engineer responsible for marketing and selling electrical control panels such as LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, PLC/Automation Panels to industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge combined with sales skills to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical control panels.
• Promote and sell products such as LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC Panels, PLC & Automation Panels.
• Understand customer requirements, prepare technical-commercial offers, and submit quotations.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams for BOQ, drawings, and pricing.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and business development activities.
• Ensure proper documentation related to sales orders and customer communication.

Education & Qualification

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering

Experience

• 2–6 years of experience in control panel sales or related electrical equipment sales
• Experience in industrial sales / project sales will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of electrical control panels and automation systems
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Customer-focused and target-driven approach
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
