Job summary

Consulting Engineers Group (CEG) is seeking a Contract Engineer in Delhi to support contract management, tendering, and procurement for large-scale infrastructure projects. The role requires deep FIDIC knowledge and hands-on experience with Red, Yellow, and Silver Books.

You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with contract terms and project requirements while assisting in bid evaluations and tender preparations.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in contract management, tendering and procurement.
• Experience with large infrastructure projects is required.
• Knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract (Red/Yellow/Silver Books) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and finalization of tender and bidding documents for infrastructure projects.
• Review and manage contractual documents, agreements, claims, variations, and related correspondence.
• Possess strong knowledge and practical experience in FIDIC Conditions of Contract, including Red Book, Yellow Book, and Silver Book.
• Have knowledge of procurement and bidding procedures of Multilateral Funding Agencies.
• Prepare and review tender documents for large-scale linear infrastructure projects such as High-Speed Rail, Metro, Railway, Highways, or other major transportation projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders on contractual and tender-related matters.
• Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with applicable contractual terms and project requirements.
• Support the evaluation of bids, preparation of contractual documents, and other procurement-related activities.
