Your Role

• Lead procurement implementation projects for clients, ensuring smooth execution. Stay updated on and be willing to work with the latest procurement tool developments.
• Manage the scope and statement of work (SOW) for procurement projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective project delivery. Facilitate requirements and design sessions to define project goals.
• Lead project planning and management, ensuring milestones are met. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final sign-offs.
• Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support. Design, facilitate, and support the implementation of IT changes, collaborating with business units and external service providers.

Your Profile

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop/implement appropriate solutions. Ensure solutions meet business needs and project requirements.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users, ensuring alignment and effective communication. Ensure all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third‑party vendors and external partners.
