Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Data Privacy professional to drive privacy programs across global clients. The role involves working with business, legal, security, and operations teams to ensure compliance with privacy laws and industry standards while promoting a culture of data protection.

You will draft and negotiate DPAs, conduct privacy risk assessments, perform privacy impact assessments, and align policies with codes of practice like BCRs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in privacy assessments, risk management, regulatory compliance.
• Client-facing consulting engagements experience.
• Knowledge of country-specific privacy laws/regulations.
• Familiarity with data protection standards and information security principles.
