Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years in contract labour management, strong knowledge of PF/ESIC and labour laws, and proficiency in MS Excel and workforce management systems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, MSW, PMIR, Labour Welfare, or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in Contract Labour Management and Industrial Relations.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, contract labour compliance, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling large contract manpower in manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in MS Excel and workforce management systems.
