Job summary

Welspun World in India seeks a seasoned contract labour manager to oversee end-to-end labour deployment, attendance, billing verification, and compliance. You will coordinate with manpower vendors for workforce planning and onboarding, ensuring adherence to labour laws and contractor management standards.

You will monitor contractor performance, maintain required documentation in SAP, and work closely with plant and HR teams to meet manpower requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract labour management and vendor management.
• Working knowledge of SAP (HR/MM modules preferred).
• Strong understanding of labour laws, statutory compliances, and contractor management.
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, steel, pipe, or heavy engineering industry preferred.
