Job summary

Macmet Engineering Limited is seeking a Senior Human Resources professional in Kolkata to manage contract labour, ensure statutory compliance, and drive employee engagement across sites. You will handle grievances and coordinate HR administration with corporate teams.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of labour laws, and a BA in HRM&D or equivalent. This role focuses on industrial HR functions within a manufacturing/engineering context.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with employees at different levels and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, labour contracts, IR matters and statutory compliance requirements.
• Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and Development or equivalent qualification.
• 7–10 years of experience in human resource management or related field (industrialization).
