Key Responsibilities

• Course Design & Development:
  Design online training courses and identify the most effective methodologies and delivery formats. Organize and structure content for maximum engagement and knowledge retention.
• Instructional Content Creation:
  Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling course material, including learning activities, visual aids, and assessments that align with defined learning objectives.
• Content Writing & Scripting:
  Write clear and engaging copy for course modules, as well as scripts for audio and video content.
• Learning Strategy:
  Apply current trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning technologies to enhance the learner experience.
• Content Review & Compliance:
  Ensure that all content is original and free of copyrighted material. Regularly audit and update existing materials for compliance and relevance.
• Assessment Design:
  Devise quizzes, tests, and other assessments to evaluate learner understanding and course effectiveness.
• Project Management:
  Plan and manage course development timelines, working closely with cross-functional teams and maintaining detailed documentation and course assets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong storyboarding and visualization abilities

• Knowledge of programming languages like R or Python is a plus
• Excellent understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles
