Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging eLearning content using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise
• Create detailed storyboards aligned with learning objectives
• Develop animated videos using Vyond and other video creation tools
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective learning solutions
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and instructional design best practices
• Continuously improve learning experiences based on feedback and analytics

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
• Strong expertise in Storyboarding and instructional design methodologies
• Experience in Vyond and video development tools
• Good understanding of adult learning principles

Good‑to‑Have Skills

• Exposure to Healthcare domain
• Basic Graphic Design skills
