Job summary

Nirmaan Organization in Hyderabad is seeking a Content Developer (Junior) to craft clear, engaging training content for skill development and education programmes. You will help build comprehensive resources across soft skills, ITES, AI, and digital literacy while aligning with program outcomes.

The role requires developing session plans, trainer guides, participant handbooks, PPTs and activity sheets, plus creating e-learning modules, scripts, and visuals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in content, curriculum or instructional design.
• Writing samples / portfolio required.
• Graduate in Computer Science or a related field.
• Preferred: skilling, NGO, EdTech or CSR experience; regional language proficiency.

Responsibilities
