Job summary

Jero Technologies is seeking a creative social media content creator who is comfortable on camera and energetic in a fast-paced environment. You will work with the marketing team to ideate campaigns, produce reels, blogs, posts, and graphics across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, while tracking engagement and performance.

The ideal candidate excels at trend research, has excellent Hindi and English communication, and can work independently to generate fresh content ideas in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and conceptualize campaigns with the marketing team.
• Create face-on-camera content for reels and shorts across platforms.
• Produce social media assets including reels, blogs, posts and graphics.
• Monitor engagement and analyze social media performance.
• Identify trending formats and adapt them for the brand.
• Track performance and suggest improvements.

Job description

1. Ideate & Conceptualize:

• Work with the marketing team to generate innovative ideas for social media, campaigns, and brand communication.

2. Content Creation (Face on Camera):

• Feature yourself in reels, short videos, and other creative content formats for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

3. Social Media Content Production:

• Assist in creating digital assets reels, short videos, blogs, posts, stories, graphics, etc.

4. Social Media Management:

• Monitor engagement, and analyzing social media

5. Trend Research & Execution:

• Identify trending formats, hashtags, sounds, and themes; adapt them creatively for the brand.

6. Performance Tracking:

• Analyze post and reel performance and suggest improvements.
