Job Summary
As a Junior Content & Branding Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand'scontent strategy, creating engaging content, and increasing our online visibility. You will need to be comfortable in front of the camera, proficient in video editing, and capable of executing content strategies across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Social Media Execution
- Execute the weekly content plan with a primary focus on Instagram, while supporting additional social media platforms as required.
- Shoot, edit, and publish Instagram Stories, Reels, static posts, and other organic content in line with the content calendar.
- Schedule and publish content across relevant platforms while ensuring timely execution.
- Draft engaging captions and copy that align with the brand's tone of voice.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement by responding to comments and DMs in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Create high-quality organic video edits, including Reels, trend adaptations, behind-the-scenes (BTS) content, and quick-turnaround edits.
- Production & Shoot Support
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during photoshoots, campaigns, and brand events.
- Coordinate with models, creators, and talent for casting, scheduling, and shoot logistics.
- Assist with styling, product preparation, and on-set coordination to ensure smooth execution.
- Organize products, props, and shoot essentials before, during, and after production.
- Reporting & Content Operations
- Maintain and regularly update content performance trackers and KPI dashboards.
- Conduct weekly competitor and social media trend research, sharing relevant insights and content recommendations with the Content Manager.
- Organise, catalogue, and maintain the brand's content library, ensuring all creative assets are properly archived and easily accessible.
- Support the team with day-to-day content coordination and operational tasks to ensure seamless execution.
- Ads Support
- Edit and adapt creative assets based on briefs shared by the ads team.
- Ensure timely turnaround of ad creatives while maintaining brand consistency and creative quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver campaign assets within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Basic design skills with proficiency in Canva
- Proficiency in video recording and editing software (e.g., InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging content ideas.
- Comfortable, confident, and proficient in filming and speaking on camera for brand content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
