Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator & Reel Editor who can manage social media content while creating engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and other visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars based on client requirements and marketing objectives.
• Understand clients’ needs, brand identity, target audience, and communication style.
• Edit Reels, Shorts, trailers, promotional videos, and social media creatives.
• Develop engaging concepts, hooks, captions, and short-form video ideas.
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and viral content.
• Use AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting, editing, voiceovers, and content creation.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Good content writing and caption-writing skills.
• Creative thinking with an eye for engaging social media content.
• Good understanding of content calendar planning and execution.
• Ability to understand and translate client requirements into relevant content.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and AI content creation tools.
• Basic knowledge of Video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong sense of storytelling, transitions, pacing, music, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.
