Job summary

Shiksha.com in India is seeking an experienced Content Delivery Manager to own monthly and weekly content planning, roster, and production targets.

You will coordinate writers, editors, and QC teams, drive data-driven content improvements using GSC, Keyword Planner, SEO, AEO and GEO, and lead a large content team.

The role requires extensive editorial leadership with a focus on quality, timeliness, and scalable SOPs in the EdTech space.

Qualifications

• 812 years of content/editorial experience, including 5–7 years in team management.
• Strong experience in high-volume content planning, resource allocation, and operations.
• Hands‑on knowledge of GSC, Keyword Planner, SEO, AEO & GEO.
• Experience building SOPs, QC frameworks, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong analytical, coordination, people management, and training skills.
• Experience in EdTech, publishing, or digital media preferred.
