Job summary

Pharmizza Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd in Mumbai seeks a Content Manager to lead the content team, ensuring timely delivery across blogs, website, social media, product content, scripts, and emails.

You will develop SEO-aligned content strategies, mentor writers, supervise the editorial calendar, ensure accuracy and originality, and collaborate with SEO, marketing, and design to support business goals.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Content Writing/Content Management, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or medical content.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a team-lead or managerial role.
• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, editing, and content development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO content writing and content optimization.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of content writers.
• Strong research, proofreading, editing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• Good understanding of healthcare/pharmacy-related content is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistency in content quality, tone, brand guidelines, and communication across platforms.
• Collaborate with SEO, marketing, design, and other teams to ensure content supports overall business objectives.
• Guide content writers on research, writing, editing, SEO optimization, and content quality.
• Monitor content performance and identify areas for improvement based on SEO and user engagement requirements.
• Ensure healthcare and pharmacy-related content is factually accurate and appropriately researched.
• Handle short-form to long-form content, ranging from 500 to 2000+ words, depending on the requirement.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously and ensure smooth workflow within the team.Conduct regular quality checks and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Take ownership of content-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
