Qualifications

• Working proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong layout design, attention to detail, speed, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Modal Content Creation: design instructor-led decks (PowerPoint), e-learning assets, one-pagers, job aids, and short training videos.
• Rapid Delivery: translate stakeholder requirements into polished content under tight deadlines.
• Visual & Video Production: handle layout design, image editing, basic video cutting, and motion graphics for training assets.

Role Overview

You will work closely with stakeholders to quickly translate complex information into visually engaging decks, e-learning modules, videos, and quick reference guides.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Modal Content Creation: Design instructor-led decks (PowerPoint), e-learning assets, one-pagers, job aids, and short training videos.
• Rapid Delivery: Understand stakeholder requirements and produce polished, high-quality content under tight deadlines.
• Visual & Video Production: Handle layout design, image editing, basic video cutting, and motion graphics for training assets.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all content adheres to company branding, visual standards, and clear instructional structure.

Required Skills & Qualifications
