You will use PowerPoint, video tools such as VYOND, and LMS platforms to build clear learning programs. We prefer candidates who can articulate, know PowerPoint, Storyline, understand SCORM, and utilize generative AI for content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build ILT decks on PowerPoint.
• Create educational videos for staff training.
• Design posters, flyers, and single-page guides using PowerPoint.
• Upload and manage learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Use generative AI tools to speed up and improve content creation.
• Manage Stakeholders, SMEs, and handle communications.
• Storyboard writing.

Required Skills

• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for product and process modules, posters, and flyers.
• Experience of making videos for training.
• Hands-on experience working with an LMS platform.
• Clear spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Articulate and paraphrase information and SOPs into concise learning material.
• Storytelling and structure the learning journeys.
