Job summary

Home Credit, Gurgaon HQ, is hiring a Content Creator Senior Executive to design engaging training materials. You will build ILT decks in PowerPoint, produce staff training videos, and create posters and quick guides. You will manage LMS content and leverage generative AI to speed content creation.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, ensuring clear, learner-centered content and coherent learning journeys using Storyline, SCORM, and ADDIE-based approaches.

Qualifications

• Strong PowerPoint skills for creating training modules, posters, and guides.
• Experience producing instructional videos for staff training.
• Hands-on experience with an LMS platform.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to articulate SOPs into concise learning materials.
• Storytelling and structuring learning journeys.
• Knowledge of ADDIE, Backward Design, and Need Assessment.
