Overview
We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Creative Content Manager & Curriculum Designer (Media) to lead the development of high-quality learning materials and marketing collaterals. This role combines curriculum design, creative content creation, and editorial oversight to ensure impactful communication across platforms.

Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and manage creative content across digital and print platforms.
- Lead content ideation and execution for brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Oversee copywriting and editing to ensure high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Design and develop innovative, media-rich curricula for training programs, workshops, or courses.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and designers to integrate multimedia and interactive learning experiences.
- Evaluate and update curriculum materials based on learner feedback and industry trends.
- Lead the editing, proofreading, and quality assurance of all content outputs.
- Manage the creation of brochures, newsletters, and other collaterals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure brand consistency across all written and visual content.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams for cohesive content delivery.
- Provide guidance to junior writers/editors and external vendors if required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, Education, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in content creation, curriculum design, or editorial management.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in multimedia content development tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Experience in developing training or educational content is a plus.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
