Progenesis IVF Fertility Center is seeking a Content Creator cum Training Coordinator to strengthen our Learning & Development team. You will craft engaging training content, develop presentations and manuals, and convert complex processes into clear learning materials for classroom and digital programs.

You will coordinate with trainers and department heads, plan sessions, manage calendars and attendance, and help create assessments and learning resources.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience in L&D or training coordination is advantageous.

Responsabilités

Content Creator cum Training Coordinator – Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Content Creator cum Training Coordinator to support the Learning & Development (L&D) team by creating engaging training content and coordinating training programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop training content, presentations, training manuals, SOPs, guides, and learning materials.
• Convert business and process information into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand learning content.
• Create content for classroom, online, and digital training programs.
• Coordinate with trainers and department heads to understand training requirements.
• Assist in planning and scheduling training sessions for employees.
• Coordinate training calendars, participant lists, attendance, feedback, and training records.
• Support the L&D team in preparing assessments, quizzes, activities, and other learning resources.
• Update existing training material based on process, policy, or business changes.
• Maintain and organize the L&D content repository and training documentation.
• Track training completion and support post-training feedback and reporting.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong content writing and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Creative approach to developing engaging learning content.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information into easy-to-understand training material.
• Prior experience in L&D, training coordination, content creation, instructional design, or corporate training will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

1–3 years in L&D, Training, Content Creation, Instructional Design, or a similar role.
