Job summary

HiLITE Group, headquartered in Kozhikode, seeks a skilled Content Creator to develop engaging social media content across platforms. You will plan, shoot and edit reels, photos and stories, ensuring alignment with brand identity and current trends.

The role requires 3+ years in content creation or digital marketing, with strong videography, editing and photography skills. Collaboration with marketing and design teams will be essential, along with participation in shoots and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, media or related field with 3+ years in content creation or social media.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Creative storytelling and scriptwriting abilities.
• Solid videography and video editing skills across devices.
• Ability to capture quality photos/videos with smartphone or camera.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
• Plan, shoot and edit reels, short-form videos, photos and stories.
• Create engaging content aligned with brand identity and trends.
• Keep up with social media trends, audio, memes and viral formats.
• Write scripts and copy for social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams on campaigns.
• Participate in photoshoots, product shoots, events and promotional activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop creative content ideas for instagram,face book, your tube and other digital platforms.


• Plan, shoot and edit reels, short form videos, photos, stories and other social media content.


• Create engaging and trend focused content aligned with the Brands idendity.


• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, audio ,memes and emerging content trends.


• Write scripts and creative copy for social media.


• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to develop content campaingns.


• Participate in photoshoots, product shoots, events and promotional activities.


• Support influencer collaborations ,UGC campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in marketing, mass communication, media, journalism or any related field with minimum 3 years of experience in content creation/ social media/ digital marketing or a related role.


• Strong knowledge of social media platforms.


• Strong creativity and story telling skills.


• Basic to advanced videography and video editing skills.


• Ability to shoot good quality photos and videos using smart phone or camera.
