Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film/Video Production, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
• 2+ years of videography and editing experience
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting and audio gear

Responsibilities

• Shoot promotional content, product/service showcases, reels, testimonials, events, and corporate needs
• Edit raw footage into polished videos with cuts, transitions, color correction, music, captions, and motion graphics
• Create short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos for YouTube
• Set up cameras, lighting, audio for shoots
• Work with content and design teams to plan scripts, storyboards, and shot lists
• Add subtitles, voiceovers, and sound effects as required
• Export videos in the right formats and dimensions for each platform
• Organize and back up footage and project files
• Deliver work within deadlines and handle multiple projects at once
• Stay updated on video trends, editing styles, and platform formats

We are looking for a creative Videographer / Video Editor who can shoot and edit high-quality video content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling the full process, from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery, and understands what works on social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot videos for promotional content, product/service showcases, reels, testimonials, events, and corporate needs
• Edit raw footage into polished videos with cuts, transitions, color correction, music, captions, and motion graphics
• Create short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos for YouTube
• Set up cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and locations for shoots
• Work with the content and design teams to plan scripts, storyboards, and shot lists
• Add subtitles, voiceovers, and sound effects as required
• Export videos in the right formats and dimensions for each platform
• Organize and back up footage and project files
• Deliver work within deadlines and handle multiple projects at once
• Stay updated on video trends, editing styles, and platform formats

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to edit fast-paced, engaging short-form content
• Good time management and ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills

• Experience with drone shooting
• Basic photography and photo editing skills
• Knowledge of sound design and audio cleanup
• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, or AI-based video tools
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
• Own camera or equipment (an added advantage)
