Position Overview

We are looking for a versatile Content Creator Intern to join the marketing team at ipsr solutions. Your primary focus will be designing high-quality graphics and visual assets for our campaigns, while also serving as a confident on‑camera presenter for our short‑form reels and talking‑head videos. You will also handle basic video editing to help bring these concepts to the finish line. This role requires a strong eye for design, the technical skills to execute visual assets, and the natural confidence to represent the brand on camera.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must provide a portfolio showcasing graphic design work, along with a short video or social media sample demonstrating your on‑camera presence.
• Solid understanding of digital design principles, typography, and social media aesthetics.
• Background or keen interest in graphic design, digital marketing, or media.
• Availability to work in‑office to collaborate on design projects and physical shoots.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proficient Graphic Design: Hands‑on experience creating digital assets, social media creatives, and marketing materials (using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
• Engaging On‑Camera Presenting: Confident screen presence with the ability to clearly articulate concepts and deliver scripts naturally for Reels and Shorts
• Basic Video Editing: Familiarity with trimming, cutting, and assembling video content (using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar).
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and maintaining brand consistency.
• Basic knowledge of framing, lighting, and audio for smartphone video shoots.
