engine - from ideas and shoots to publishing, social media management and

performance.

This is a hands-on role.

You will work closely with the founder and marketing team, be involved in shoots, develop

unique content formats and help build Kinjo's voice across social media.

What You'll Do

  • Develop concepts, scripts, hooks and formats for founder content.
  • Plan and coordinate shoots around the founder's schedule.
  • Help the founder translate ideas, opinions and experiences into engaging content.

  • conversations, challenges, educational content, storytelling and trend-led content.
  • Proactively identify opportunities where the founder can become part of relevant
  • conversations and trends.
3. Content Ideation & Creative Direction
  • Constantly come up with fresh, original content ideas for Kinjo.
  • Think beyond generic startup and marketing content.
  • Identify interesting conversations, people, events and trends that can become

  • You can take an idea from a WhatsApp message to a published Reel.
  • You understand that content is not just about posting - it's about building attention

  • Significant creative freedom and ownership.
  • Work across founder content, product, community, events and brand.
