Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a customer support associate to assist customers across channels, ensuring accurate responses in line with applicable regulations. The role requires responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to work under changing conditions.

Work will follow a rotating roster from 1:00am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays and comp off. Preference for candidates located in Bangalore; India-based candidates are welcome to apply.

Job description

You will assist customers via multiple channels, providing consistent and accurate support in line with existing legislation.

You will be available to work on a rotating roster between the hours of 1:00am - 1:00pm Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays with comp off

Required Experience

1-3 years

• Experience in International Call centre. To be successful in this role you will be motivated and punctual with a strong work ethic and the ability to self-manage.

• Note: Preferably candidates who can work from Bangalore as their location.
