Job summary

EDGE Executive Search is seeking an OCM Consultant to design and implement change management strategies that drive adoption and reduce resistance. You will lead agile transformations at team and portfolio levels, coaching across SAFe, DAD and LeSS, and oversee agile delivery roles such as PM, Scrum Master, RTE, or Product Manager.

You will also support Lean Portfolio Management and guide client leaders while mentoring other consultants.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Agile delivery and transformation experience; 12+ years total experience.
• Experience in business and consulting with Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management.
• Holds a recognised Agile qualification (e.g. SAFe Agilist, SPC, PSM).
• Experience creating, developing and managing an Agile centre of excellence/enablement.
• Proven record of coaching and influencing at team, Release Train, Solution and Portfolio levels.
• Strong Project & Programme management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels.
• Lead Agile coaching engagements, SAFe, DAD, LeSS implementations.
• Lead and manage agile delivery engagements in various roles (PM, Scrum Master, RTE, Product Management).
• Support and manage Lean Portfolio Management engagements.
• Own client deliverables and manage performance to ensure timely outputs.
• Advise client leaders and mentor other consultants within the WX practice.
• Contribute to WX thought leadership, IP and methods/tools.
• Lead and manage customer-facing projects in agile, traditional, or hybrid environments.

Job Overview:
The OCM Consultant is responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels
• Lead Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
• Lead and manage agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Management
• Support and manage Lean Portfolio Management engagement
• Assume ownership for client deliverables and manage individual and team performance to ensure that engagement deliverables are generated in a timely manner
• Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and lead and mentor other consultants within theWXpractice
• Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools
• Lead and manage customer facing projects and programme (Agile, traditional, hybrid environment).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of Agile delivery and transformation experience; 12+ year of total experience
