Beyond Border Consultants seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end client delivery across global teams. You will own intake to UAT, coordinate with stakeholders, and coach teams to improve velocity and quality using Jira, Confluence, and Power BI dashboards.

You will liaison with clients, manage expectations, and facilitate ceremonies while promoting scalable agile practices across time zones.

Qualifications

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM) required.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Experience with velocity and burndown tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and client delivery lifecycle awareness.
• Remote team coordination; familiarity with AWS/Azure; SAFe or LeSS knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end client delivery from intake to UAT.
• Act as primary client liaison and manage expectations.
• Coach Agile teams by removing impediments and refining ceremonies.
• Track KPIs (Velocity, Cycle Time, Release Burndown) using Jira/Confluence/Power BI.
• Coordinate with global Delivery Leads to align sprints across time zones.
• Facilitate retrospectives and scale agile practices.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client delivery cycles—from intake to UAT—ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-value outcomes aligned to Scrum/Agile tenets.
• Act as primary client liaison, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and translating business needs into sprint-ready backlogs with Product Owners.
• Coach and unblock Agile teams (Scrum Masters, Developers, QA) by removing impediments, refining ceremonies, and enforcing Definition of Done.
• Track and report delivery KPIs (Velocity, Cycle Time, Release Burndown) to stakeholders using Jira, Confluence, and Power BI dashboards.
• Coordinate with global Delivery Leads to align sprints across time zones, ensuring seamless handoffs and continuous value flow.
• Facilitate retrospectives, adapt process improvements, and scale agile practices through coaching and tooling enhancements.
