Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles.
• Ability to evaluate candidates on communication, interpersonal skills and fit for mid-senior positions.
• Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn, portals, and references.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing profiles, Candidates tracking and follow-up
• Processing CVs and updating internal database
• Analyzing requirements as specified by the client
• Procuring and screening resumes through sources like LinkedIn, portals, references
• Evaluating candidate skills including communication, interpersonal skills, confidence and presentation
• Briefing candidates about responsibilities, salary and benefits
• Organizing interviews as per client schedule
• Coordinating with candidates from interview to onboarding
