Job summary

Flexing It in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with 10+ years of experience to lead end-to-end hiring for non-tech and mid-to-senior leadership roles, with a preference for industrial and manufacturing environments.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, source passive candidates, manage interviews and offers, build talent pipelines, map markets, and ensure a fast, high-quality candidate experience across multiple mandates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruitment experience in non-tech and mid-to-senior leadership roles.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing organizations preferred.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a high-intensity environment.
