Job summary

Brillio seeks a Lead Engineer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to design, configure, and implement complex D365 Sales solutions in our Pune-based team.

You will develop C# processes, integrate Power Platform components, and manage data migration with Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps. Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
• Configuration, customization, and implementation of D365 Sales entities, forms, and workflows
• Development of custom C# processes for Dynamics 365
• Experience with data import/export and migration techniques
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 solutioning best practices
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform components

Responsibilities

Job description

Experience Range:

Lead Engineer with at least 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and related Microsoft technologies, including solution design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) entities, workflows, forms, and features to address complex business requirements
• Develop, deploy, and maintain custom C# processes and integrations within Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring robust performance and scalability
• Design and implement data import/export solutions, maintaining data integrity and facilitating seamless migration between systems
• Apply Dynamics 365 solutioning best practices to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure systems
• Integrate Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to extend business capabilities
• Utilize Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps for data integration and automation tasks
• Troubleshoot technical issues within Dynamics 365 and related platforms, providing effective resolutions and continuous improvement

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) configuration and customization
• Entity customization, workflow creation, and form design in Dynamics 365

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM administration

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant certification (MB-210) or equivalent is desirable
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure Data integration (such as PL-200 or DP-900) is advantageous
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features.
• Proficiency in entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export within Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience developing and deploying custom coded C# processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning & best practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) & Logic Apps.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
• Experience with Zendesk & Jira is a plus
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant or equivalent, are desirable but not mandatory
