Job summary

Jobtailor in India is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE professional to design, customize, and deploy enterprise solutions. You will drive full lifecycle management, build integrations with Azure-based components, and lead a global technical team to deliver robust customer service capabilities.

Proven expertise in Power Platform, Dataverse, and related Azure services is essential, along with strong communication skills and English proficiency.

Qualifications

5–8 years of overall experience.
5+ years implementing, customizing, deploying code, and managing Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules and functionalities.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE customization, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
Design and development experience in Dynamics CE, including Customer Service.
Proven experience with Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
Strong background in software development and architecture.
Experience managing Azure-based integration components.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading and mentoring technical teams and supporting junior team members.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform services, capabilities, boundaries, and constraints.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Manage the full Dynamics 365 solution lifecycle from design to deployment and support.
Design and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, entities, and business rules.
