Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales and Customer Service modules. The role emphasizes delivering scalable, secure CRM implementations aligned with digital transformation goals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience, hands-on plugin/workflow development, and a solid grasp of CRM architecture and security.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Experience configuring entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
• Hands-on development of plugins, custom workflows, actions, and integrations.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 Security Model, roles and teams.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service modules.
• Strong CRM architecture and customization skills.
• Two of Power BI, Data Migration, Power Automate are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
