Job summary

Brillio is seeking a Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) to design and implement solutions for complex business needs in Pune. You will configure entities, workflows, and forms, develop C# integrations, and ensure data integrity.

You will work with Power Platform and Azure Data Factory, create JavaScript/HTML/SQL scripts, troubleshoot issues, and uphold best practices for scalable, secure systems.

Qualifications

• Lead Engineer with 5–7 years of Dynamics 365 Sales experience.
• Configure and customize D365 Sales through entities, workflows, and forms.
• Develop C# processes and integrations within Dynamics 365.
• Design data import/export solutions and maintain data integrity.
• Create JavaScript, HTML, and SQL scripts for D365 enhancements.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant certification (MB-210) or equivalent is desirable


• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure Data integration (such as PL-200 or DP-900) is advantageous


• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features.


• Proficiency in entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export within Microsoft Dynamics.


• Experience developing and deploying custom coded C# processes.


• Capable of reading and writing JavaScript, HTML, & SQL.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning & best practices.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).


• Basic understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) & Logic Apps.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.


• Experience with Zendesk & Jira is a plus


• Microsoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant or equivalent, are desirable but not mandatory
