Job summary

Brillio is seeking a qualified Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9). You will configure and customize sales entities, build workflows, and develop custom C# processes within Dynamics 365 environments.

You will integrate Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and use Azure Data Factory/Logic Apps for data tasks. Strong JavaScript/HTML/SQL skills are required alongside problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Sales entities, forms, and workflows.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain custom C# processes for Dynamics 365.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and SQL scripting for Dynamics 365 enhancements.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure Data Factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) entities, workflows, forms, and features to address complex business requirements
• Develop, deploy, and maintain custom C# processes and integrations within Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring robust performance and scalability
• Design and implement data import/export solutions, maintaining data integrity and facilitating seamless migration between systems
• Create and optimize JavaScript, HTML, and SQL scripts to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality and improve user experience
• Apply Dynamics 365 solutioning best practices to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure systems

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant certification (MB-210) or equivalent is desirable
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure Data integration (such as PL-200 or DP-900) is advantageous
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features.
• Proficiency in entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export within Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience developing and deploying custom coded C# processes.
• Capable of reading and writing JavaScript, HTML, & SQL.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning & best practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) & Logic Apps.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
• Experience with Zendesk & Jira is a plus
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant or equivalent, are desirable but not mandatory
