The role involves maintaining MDM trackers and ensuring data integrity across master data domains, with daily monitoring of related communications and updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Master Management: Creation, modification, validation and periodic review of vendor master data.
• Customer Master Management: Creation, modification, validation and periodic review of customer master data.
• Other Responsibilities: Creation of item codes, HSN codes, project codes and bank ledgers within the system.

Vendor Master Management

• Creation, modification, validation, and periodic review of vendor master data
• MSME follow-ups and compliance
• Addressing audit observations related to Master Data Management (MDM) activities
• Holding/unholding of vendor accounts
• Daily monitoring and updating of emails
• Preparation and maintenance of MDM tracker

Customer Master Management

• Creation, modification, validation, and periodic review of customer master data
• Preparation of customer term sheets in line with contractual agreements

Other Responsibilities

• Creation of item codes, HSN codes, project codes, and bank ledgers within the system
