Job summary

Guideline Inc in Chennai is hiring experienced Master Data Management (MDM) professionals to manage Vendor and Customer Master Data, ensuring data accuracy across SAP environments and multiple tools. This role requires hands-on MDM experience and SAP SAP S/4HANA familiarity.

You will work in a hybrid setup with rotational/night shifts and join immediately. Open positions include SPE, SME, and TL roles with salaries of 6 LPA, 7.7 LPA, and 11 LPA respectively.

Qualifications

• MDM experience and hands-on work with Vendor & Customer Master Data.
• Strong knowledge of SAP environment and data governance.
• Exposure to Retail/E-commerce or Supply Chain processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation and maintenance of Material, Vendor and Customer Master Data.
• Verify and clarify Item Approval processes.
• Ensure data accuracy across multiple tools and systems.
• Investigate and resolve business/store data queries and tickets.
• Coordinate with vendors, merchants, and internal stakeholders on MDM activities.
• Prepare and manage Ad-hoc reports.
• Maintain and review SOPs; manage priorities with high accuracy.
• Support process excellence and continuous improvement.

We are hiring experienced professionals for Master Data Management (MDM) roles supporting Vendor & Customer Master Data operations.

Open Positions

• SPE 6 LPA
• SME 7.7 LPA
• TL - 11 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage creation and maintenance of Material, Vendor and Customer Master Data
• Manage, verify and provide clarification for Item Approval processes
• Ensure system data accuracy across multiple tools
• Investigate and resolve business/store queries and tickets
• Coordinate with vendors, merchants and internal stakeholders on MDM activities
• Prepare and manage Ad-hoc reports
• Maintain and review SOPs as required
• Manage priorities and deliverables while maintaining high accuracy
