Vendor Master Data - Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Working on daily business requests for Supplier master data objects - creation, update, deactivate/reactivate.
• Interactions with Suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Daily tracking of open requests and closure.
• Validate documentation as per process guidelines.
• Raise valid clarifications before changing the data.
• Escalate and resolve discrepancies related to incomplete documentation as per process guidelines.
• Support VMD and the organization by completing related results as needed.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with 2-4 years of experience; good in analytics.
• Good written and oral communication in English.
• Expertise in Vendor Master Data maintenance.
• SAP / PMD Lookup / SSF.
• Knowledge of MS Excel.
