Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Manager for Master Data Management in Pune, India, to lead a 15-member team and oversee MDM processing across locations. • Night shift readiness and 24x7 rotational support; on-site work only

Responsibilities

• Perform and review MDM transaction processing
• Manage overall Employee MDM across locations
• Handle employee master data changes in SAP HCM & EC
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for recurring data issues
• Prepare and publish MIS reports and dashboards
• Ensure adherence to data governance, SOX and audit requirements
• Support stakeholders and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only
