Job summary

ISKCON Bangalore✔ is looking for an ERP Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist responsible for ensuring the accuracy and governance of core business data within enterprise systems like SAP or Oracle. The role requires 3-10+ years of experience in Master Data Management and expertise in handling data governance.

The ideal candidate will manage item code creation, GST queries, and coordinate with taxation teams for item and supplier data. Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP Cloud is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-10+ years in Master Data Management, data governance, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with major ERP systems.
• Expertise in specific domains like Product or Customer MDM.

Responsibilities

• Creation and management of customer, supplier, and item codes.
• Handling GST and HSN related queries with taxation team.
• Maintaining common codes across Food entities.

Job description

An ERP Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist ensures the accuracy, consistency, and governance of core business data (products, customers, vendors) within enterprise systems like SAP or Oracle

Key Responsibilities

Customer , Supplier ,PTN and item code creation. Managing item categories and groups in ERP and POS

GST , HSN related queries - Coordination with taxation team

Common code maintenance across all Food entities

Customer creation in TSF Foods, GAV and SSTF

item code creation in SANATANA App

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience: 3-10+ years in Master Data Management, data governance, or similar roles, often requiring expertise in specific domains like Product or Customer MDM.
• ERP Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with major ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD/MM, or Oracle ERP Cloud.
