Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Procurement Practice New Associate to support Vendor Master Data operations in ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and compliance while assisting vendor onboarding and master data updates.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, quality-check vendor records, perform data validation, and help sustain governance and SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate (0-1 year experience) with good analytical skills, attention to detail, basic MS Excel knowledge, and strong communication skills.

What would you do?

• Support Vendor Master Data operations by creating, validating, and maintaining supplier records in ERP systems. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance while supporting vendor onboarding and master data updates. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain high data quality standards.
• Manage vendor master records by processing supplier onboarding, data updates, validations, and quality checks to ensure accurate and compliant master data across enterprise systems.

What are we looking for?
