Apt Design Solutions in Thiruvananthapuram, India, seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction and interior execution at project sites. You will ensure adherence to drawings, specifications and quality standards, while coordinating with contractors, workers and engineers.

The role requires strong coordination, reporting and documentation skills, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably in residential and interior projects.
• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related field; practical experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, materials, finishing works, and site measurements.
• Coordination and manpower management skills.
• Reports with MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting and mobile-based documentation.
• Independent, punctual, proactive, and able to travel between sites.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day construction and interior execution at project sites.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specs, and quality standards.
• Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and daily progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, site engineers, and the project manager.
• Track material requirements, deliveries, consumption, and wastage at the site.
• Maintain daily site reports, labour records, material records, and progress photographs.
• Identify site issues and report delays, technical difficulties, and additional work promptly.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, site safety, and efficient utilization of materials and manpower.
• Follow up on pending works and ensure daily targets are achieved.
• Provide regular site updates to the project manager and management through WhatsApp or other reporting systems.

• Willingness to travel between project sites as required
