Apt Design Solutions in Thiruvananthapuram seeks a Civil Project Manager to lead multiple construction and interior projects from initiation to completion. You will plan schedules, monitor progress, and ensure completion within budget while coordinating with architects, clients, and vendors.

The role requires strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, estimation, budgeting, and scheduling, plus excellent communication and leadership skills. Travel to project sites is expected.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, estimation, budgeting, and scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate multiple construction and interior design projects from initiation to completion.
• Plan project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
• Coordinate with architects, clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor material procurement, labour deployment, site expenses, and project quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Provide daily site updates, weekly progress reports, photographs, and cost reports to management.
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively, minimizing the owner's day-to-day involvement in project operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 37 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential and interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, estimation, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, project scheduling tools, and digital reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a two-wheeler or four-wheeler and be willing to travel to project sites.
