JPJ Construction is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities for residential and commercial projects. You will ensure work aligns with drawings, coordinate with contractors, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include daily progress reports, planning support, and timely communication of delays or risks to the management. This role requires active site presence and coordination across multiple teams.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and specs.
• Prepare daily progress reports and site measurements.
• Assist in planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Identify and resolve site technical issues with senior engineers/consultants.
• Maintain daily site records and labor attendance.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants.
• Ensure discipline, safety and proper work practices on site.
• Communicate updates and challenges to management promptly.
• Manage on-site coordination between multiple contractors and teams.
• Ensure timely reporting of delays, risks, or shortages.
