Job summary

Pratish Enterprise is seeking a Civil Site Manager with 3+ years of experience to supervise day-to-day civil works and interior activities in Maharashtra. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time project completion while maintaining safety standards.

The successful candidate will read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and interior drawings and manage material procurement, manpower allocation, and compliance with site discipline.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering, Construction & Site Management, preferably with interior work exposure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil, construction, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
• Manage and coordinate interior works including false ceiling, partitions, painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, manpower allocation, productivity, and site discipline.
• Read and coordinate architectural, structural, civil, and interior drawings with architects, consultants, and engineers.
• Coordinate material requirements with procurement and stores, ensuring availability, proper utilisation, storage, and minimum wastage.
• Monitor quality, safety, PPE compliance, housekeeping, and timely rectification of site defects.
• Track project progress against schedules and prepare regular updates on work status, delays, manpower, materials, and site issues.
• Coordinate with management, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project completion.
