Job summary

Amoli Talents is seeking a senior construction leader in Bengaluru to drive site execution from structure to handover. You will manage civil, finishing, MEP, interiors, façade, and specialist works across large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

You will plan and monitor schedules, lead the site engineering teams, coordinate with architects, PMC and stakeholders, and implement recovery actions to keep milestones on track.

• Deep understanding of civil construction methods, sequencing and MEP coordination.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead overall construction and site execution activities from structure to handover.
• Manage civil, finishing, MEP, interiors, faade and specialist works as per approved drawings, quality standards and timelines.
• Plan, monitor and control project schedules, milestones, resources and work fronts.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site execution teams.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMC, MEP and other stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and construction standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and support cost control and resource optimisation.
• Identify delays/risks and implement recovery plans and corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor the site engineering and execution team.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports and coordination records.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging and final project handover.

Required Experience

• 20+ years of construction/project execution experience, preferably Civil Engineering background.
• Strong hands-on experience in large-scale construction and site management.
• Experience managing multiple contractors, consultants and large site teams.
• Experience in hotels, commercial/office, Grade-A offices, premium developments or large-format retail preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, quality, safety, planning and MEP coordination.
• Proven experience managing projects from structure through finishes and final handover.
