Responsibilities

• Lead overall construction planning, execution, and delivery across assigned projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, contractor performance, and risk controls.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMC teams, contractors, and statutory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive construction delivery for commercial properties, hotels, and luxury high-rise buildings.
• Review construction methodologies, materials, productivity, and site performance.
• Resolve critical technical and commercial issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on progress, risk, and mitigation actions.
